About Us
Who we are...
Uplogpro was created by car people, for car people.
We have taken thousands of ups, ran crews, and have years of F&I , Desk and GM experience. We've worked at some of the most successful dealerships in the country, and just as importantly, some of the worst. Our intense desire to "turn the dial" has led us to try just about every kind of traffic boosting gimmick out there, from tent sales and event sales, to giveaways and jicky mailers, we've tried it all! We've brought in teams to run sales events, recruiters to hire and train, and the best consultants in the country. If you've tried any of these tactics, then you know what we know:
All of it is expensive, and none of it works very well, or for very long!

Why we did it...
Uplogpro goes back to the basics.
We implemented several types of daily gameplans and sales organizers, kept an uplog, an appointment log, an incoming phone call log, and both appointment and sold boards in the sales office, and subscribed to a CRM tool. Salespeople were required to check out with the desk and provide all of their activity numbers, which were manually transferred to a master sheet. We began to track sales data, even though it was tedious to manually calculate everything. We began to get an idea of what we were doing well in our store, and what we needed to get better at. We went over the data in our weekly manager's meetings, and identified trends and weaknesses. We were a little surprised at how many total opportunities we actually had, and how few deals we actually made. We changed some policies, and focused training on specific areas. We implemented new disciplines, and changed our bonuses and spiff programs. We kept our Ad budget the same, but....We sold more cars!

If Only...
It were easier to maintain and to calculate, and we could see totals and trends whenever we felt like it. If only we could filter the data by salesperson or crew, and look at MTD, past 30, 60, 90, or YTD. If only we could track Desk and F&I data the same way, and filter by Manager and look at history, spot trends, see per copy by Desk, New vs Used, and days on CIT. We really needed a dealership tracking tool, that we could log onto anytime, from anywhere, and see exactly what was going on in our stores. How many we sold that day and for how much money just didn't get it anymore. We really wanted to be able to see how many ups we had, how many demos, how many write ups, and how many we sold every day. We had to know what the source of our ups and phone calls was, how many appointments we set, how many of those showed and how many appointments we had tomorrow and next week. And we wanted to be able to do it all from Cabo San Lucas, if need be!
No such tracking program existed, until now!
Sure, there's some stuff out there that's complicated and expensive, the kind of thing that a computer nerd might design for the car business. The kind of thing that tracks very little of what's important, and a whole lot of things that aren't. You need a program that's easy to use, does what you want it to, and costs less than you probably spend on coffee and balloons! You need the power to turn the dial,
You need Uplogpro.
